RESULTS

This patient was frustrated with persistent abdominal fullness despite a consistent workout regimen. She desired a body that reflected her hard work and dedication to exercise. In clinic I was able to demonstrate her rectus diastasis (laxity of the abdominal wall musculature) and amount of skin excess needing to be removed to achieve her goal. Exercise would not address these findings. Liposuction of the lower back, flank, abdomen, and inner thigh and an abdominoplasty with rectus plication were performed to achieve the aesthetic she desired.

A breast lift and small superomedial pedicle reduction were performed to achieve an improved breast shape and contour. Liposuction of the abdomen, flank, and inner thigh were also performed to meet her aesthetic goals.

This patient suffered from chronic back and neck pain secondary to large, hanging breast tissue. A superomedial breast reduction and lift were performed to alleviate her discomforts and liposuction of the chest wall and axilla to achieve an optimal breast aesthetic. Preoperative Breast size: 40 DDD. 1473 grams grams of breast tissue were removed on the right, and 1356 grams removed on the left.

A breast reduction and lift were performed to alleviate her discomfort and to achieve an optimal breast aesthetic. Preoperative Breast size: 36 DDD. 462 grams of breast tissue were removed on the right and 562 grams on the left.

Preoperative Breast size: 44 DDD. 758 grams of breast tissue were removed on the right, and 838 grams on the left.
