Facial analysis techniques are rooted in a deep, empathetic connection between you and Dr. Maddox, who uses microdosing, tailored changes, and a long-term strategy to thoughtfully and safely guide you toward your desired goal.

PRP for Hair Loss

Platelet-rich plasma therapy (PRP) for hair loss is a treatment where a person’s blood is drawn, processed, and then reinjected into the scalp. PRP injections will signal natural hair growth and maintain it by stimulating the hair follicle and increasing the thickness of the hair shaft.

    Buccal Fat Pad Excision

Facial rejuvenation requires a careful understanding of facial anatomy. If midface volume is out of proportion, taking volume from the cheek can be a solution. Buccal fat pad excision is an in-office procedure using local anesthesia to achieve your goals.

      Micro Liposculpture

Facial volume loss is a sign of aging and begins in your thirties. Options for restoration can include hyaluronic acid fillers or nanofat grafting. Nanofat is harvested carefully from your body, processed and purified, and mixed with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) stem cells, to be reinjected into your soft tissues to achieve natural rejuvenation of the face.

If you feel confused by the overwhelming amount of skin care products in existence, you are not alone. Many of these products, which are often laden with chemicals, can cause inflammatory acne or rosacea-like symptoms. Botox and fillers alone cannot undo many years of UV and sun damage. My goal is to customize your skin care routine to achieve natural, glowing results. Using very basic skin care products, we can achieve a routine that is efficient and effective, with only 4 steps.

          Aquagold Microneedling | Microinfusion

          (Microinfusion PRP)

The Aquagold Microinfusion is a minimally invasive procedure which stimulates collagen production and improves skin texture by treating the skin with 24-karat gold-plated hollow bore needles that carefully deliver a customized cocktail of neurotoxin, hyaluronic acid filler, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) 600 microns deep into the surface of the skin. Over the following 4-7 days you will see a result that is smooth and glassy, with a gorgeous glow. Best if repeated every 4 months and coupled with a balanced skin care regimen tailored to your skin needs.

            Filler Reversal

Filler placement is an art and demands an understanding of facial anatomy and expression. A hyaluronic acid can be reversed by a natural enzyme called hyaluronidase. The enzyme causes some mild burning sensations and usually takes effect within 72 hours. Repeat treatments are sometimes required, depending on the degree of deformity.

              Dermal Fillers

              (Juvederm | Restylane | Belotero)

Using a subtle approach, hyaluronic acid fillers can be used to make tiny changes to facial features, restoring volume and improving overall facial balance. An exhaustive understanding of facial anatomy and filler placement is essential for an elegant, elevated outcome.

Treatment areas: nose, tear trough augmentation, lip, chin, cheek, jawline, nasolabial fold, marionette line, glabellar, and acne scars.

                Recovery Time
swelling depends on the location of filler placement, but can last 2-5 days

                (Botox | Xeomin | Dysport)

Neurotoxins can do more than just treat wrinkles—they can smooth skin, achieve facial symmetry, and lift the eyebrows, while preserving natural facial expression. Each treatment is personally customized to suit your anatomy and goals. Results typically last 3 months, depending on how expressive you are.

Additional treatment areas: masseters/jaw TMJ pain, neck bands, armpit and feet for hyperhidrosis/excessive sweating, and migraines.
