RESULTS

This patient had 225 cc saline implants placed by another surgeon prior to our visit (depicted in preoperative photo). She desired an implant removal and a lift with natural augmentation using fat transfer. Liposuction of the lower back, flank, abdomen, and inner thigh in addition to an abdominoplasty with rectus plication were performed to achieve the aesthetic she desired. 180 cc of fat was transferred to each breast to achieve her breast aesthetic.

This patient desired a larger, lifted breast volume and shape and abdominal contouring. I performed a breast lift and silicone breast augmentation with 225 cc Sientra highly cohesive gel implants. Liposuction of the lower back, flank, abdomen, and inner thigh was performed, along with abdominoplasty and rectus plication to achieve a very natural, elegant aesthetic.

This patient desired an elevated, larger volume breast with upper pole fullness. 190 cc moderate profile Sientra highly cohesive gel implants were placed in a dual plane and her breast tissue was contoured and lifted to achieve her breast aesthetic. Liposuction of the abdomen, flank, and inner thigh was performed and 150 cc of fat grafts were placed into each hip thigh transition to smooth this contour.

This patient desired a more contoured abdomen and waist, and an elevated, smaller breast shape and contour. An inferior pedicle breast reduction and lift were employed to meet her breast goals. Liposuction of the lower back, flank, abdomen, and inner thigh in addition to an abdominoplasty with rectus plication were performed to achieve the aesthetic she desired.
