RESULTS

This patient desired a more elevated breast shape and position. A breast lift was performed to address her concerns and to achieve an elegant breast aesthetic. 168 grams of breast tissue were removed from the right and 220 grams from the left.

This patient desired a smaller, more elevated breast shape and position. She strongly desired symmetry to alleviate her postural discomforts.  A superomedial breast reduction and lift were performed to address her concerns and to achieve an elegant breast aesthetic. Liposuction of the chest wall and axilla was also performed to complete her look. Preoperative Breast size: 36 D. 97 grams of breast tissue were removed on the right and 178 grams on the left.

Liposuction of the chest wall and axilla was also performed to further improve her outcome. Preoperative Breast size: 34 DDD. 308 grams of breast tissue were removed on the right and 297 grams on the left.

This patient had a submuscular, 325 cc saline breast augmentation performed by another surgeon many years prior to our visit (depicted in preoperative photo). She was dissatisfied with her large size and desired to be more proportional to her frame. We deflated her implants in the office to understand her natural breast shape and position, and discussed a need for breast lift to reposition her nipple and breast tissue to meet her goals. 110 cc of fat was injected into the breast to add a small amount of fullness and achieve her desired breast aesthetic.

This patient had a submuscular, 350 cc saline breast augmentation performed by another surgeon many years prior to our visit (depicted in preoperative photo). She was dissatisfied with her large size and desired to be more proportional to her frame. We deflated her implants in the office to understand her natural breast shape and position, and discussed a need for breast lift to reposition her nipple and breast tissue to meet her goals. Revision liposuction was performed to her abdomen, flank, and inner thigh. 100 cc of fat was then injected into the breasts to add a small amount of fullness and achieve her desired breast aesthetic.
